Northwest Artist Management provides special music or entertainment options for your upcoming wedding, concert or special occasion.  We represent many of the very finest artists in the area and many national acts.  All are talented, experienced professionals, and any one of them would do a wonderful job for you.

Let us be your "search engine".  We have spent many years researching the very best possible choices to save you many frustrating and time-consuming hours.  We can also help you locate artists not currently listed on our roster. We can usually offer you several choices, in most price ranges, for just about any kind of music you could want.  We know how valuable your time is, and respect your spending limits.

Quotes given include musicians in appropriate attire (tuxedo or your choice), music for a specified number of hours (usually four hours for wedding receptions and corporate parties), all instruments and PA equipment, travel allowance if applicable, a consultation with the ensemble leader to plan for your requests, and our commission.  We do not charge for loading or set-up.  There are no other fees.

You can expect us to check back with you in about a week, to make sure you received your requested package and to see if you have any questions, or need more ideas.

We will hold your reservation for two weeks.  This should be sufficient time for you to decide if you are truly interested in a particular artist or band.    Please let us know if you need more time to review, or wish to speak with, or meet the bandleader.  Whenever possible, we try to provide opportunities to see the ensemble in a live performance.


 

 

    In any event, we make every effort to provide you with complete promotional packages if you need more information than what is on our website, so you have all the information you need to make an informed and confident selection.  We are committed to making your selection process as easy and pleasant as possible.

  If you decide to book one of the artists we recommend, we will issue a contract that clearly and concisely details all aspects of your event.  We require a one-half reservation deposit when you return your signed contract.  The contract and deposit are within ten (10) days to ensure your reservation.  The balance is due a few days before the event.

We have booked thousands of successful events since we started our business in March of 1989.  We are extremely proud of the fact that our musicians have never missed a single event.  So, we say, we sell "Peace of Mind".  If you want to be sure of the quality and reliability of the artists you wish to book, please call us first.
