Led by fiddler, Kelly Thibodeaux of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Etouffee combines red hot fiddle, shufflin' rhythm and blues, and kickin' Southern rock to create a brand new sound best known as Swamp Rock. This is music that will roll you down Bourbon Street or lead you into the darkest swamps, music so eminently danceable almost no one - young or old -can resist! This is music for all of us! ETOUFFEE (ah-too-fay) is a Louisiana seafood meat sauce with crawfish and spices served over rice. Etouffee, The Band, is a 5-piece ensemble, or an acoustic Duo, called Papa T, with fiddle and back-up guitar. |
