Duo Parente combines their talents performing a wide variety of Music, from Classical, Tango, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, bridging the worlds of Classical, Popular, Folk and Jazz available for Weddings, Corporate Events, Private Parties and Concerts.

Tatiana Kolchanova-Parente, graduate and Professor of Moscow Conservatory, 1st Violinist with Glinka String Quartet, Concertmaster of Moscow Bolshoi Orchestra, has recorded and toured throughout Russia, Europe, South America & Middle East, now resides in Portland OR, teaches at Classique Academy and is assistant Concertmaster of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

Edward Parente is a versatile Violinist & Violist having studied music and played in Orchestras at Jersey City State College, Portland State University, studying and performing Classical Music as well as Jazz with Big bands and small combos. “Eddie” has performed throughout Russia at Festivals, Jazz Clubs, Hotels in St. Petersburg and Moscow, as well as here in Portland at The Mt. Hood Jazz Festival, Portland Jazz Festival, Newport OR Jazz Festival. He also plays Viola with The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.
